The Tutorial

My favorite tool we used in this class was wordle. I liked wordle the best because you can write anything you want and then whatever words you use the most it will make them big and the ones you use the least it will make them small. It also mixes all your words around and I thought it was very cool. I think that google docs was the most useful and I think that I will use it in the future for projects or when I grow up maybe a business file. I don't have any suggestions for this tutorial. I thought it was great and I really enjoyed it.

Shelfari

Today I started Shelfari. Shelfari is a site where you have a bookcase and you put the books you want to read, the books you are reading at the time, and the books that you have already read. You can put as many books as you want. I aready have about ten books! You can search books by typing the book you want on the search bar and you choose which book you want. then you have to rate it and add it to your shelf. you can edit it after if you want to add a description or tag it. Shelfari was very fun and I liked it.

Voice Thread

Today I went on something called Voice Thread. on voice thread you record your voice and you talk about a topic. Instead of having a video you have a picture and when you press play your voice plays. On Voice Thread we had to do a book talk. A book talk is when you explain a book that you have read and you try to catch the listeners eye by telling them important things about the book. I did my book talk on dollhouse murders by Betty Ren Wright. I thought that making a book talk and using Voice Thread was very easy and fun. I highly recommend it.

Image Chef

Today i did image chef. I thought image chef was a lot of fun and I thought it was very easy. Image chef can come handy when you do projects such as book reports, oral reports, and power points. I like this picture that I did because I like colors and those are my favorite words. I think that image chef will come in handy for me in the future.

Bug Huge Labs

Today I went on big huge labs and created bead art. I chose a sunflower because I think that sunflowers are beautiful. There were a lot of other choices but I chose this one. Making this was easy and I had a lot of fun.

Flickr

Using flickr was very easy for me. It had many pictures to choose from.This is the picture thati found and they are ballet shoes. I chose this because I love to dance. On flickr there were many pictures to choose from but this one was my favorite. Flickr was a very interesting website.
